I find the coaching certification in CTA to be very usueful and provocative. Along the course, I learnt a lot on the theoretical information around coaching and then we moved on to the practical part. There is lots of opportunity for class participation offering many points of views in a very safe environment. I always learn something and sometimes even change my mind! I was encouraged to challenge myself and do coaching for peers and receive insights that enhanced a lot my experiences. The support team is always available and their prompt response was a great add to my learning journey.
Now I am a returning student for CTA for Team Transformation Professional Coach Training Program as my experience with the first certification was the best.
